Avoid low fat foods as normally the food manufacturers will have replaced it with sugar instead; actually while we are on the subject get sugar and refined white flour out of the foods you eat as best you can. Taking things a step further avoid processed food and only eat food that looks like food. By that I mean ham should look like its come from an animal and fish should look like a piece of fish not a fish finger. In essence you want a good mix in your diet of fruit, vegetables and proteins and avoid processed foods, sugar and foods made with white flour.

 

The last thing you need in our idiot proof diet is some exercise. To really get your weight loss moving along nicely you need to boost your metabolism and exercise will do that for you. Do not go flat out though as you'll only end out discouraging yourself, start off slowly with brisk walking and build it up from there. If you can include weights as part of your regime then that is even better as this will get your resting metabolism going faster and you continue to burn off fat when you are relaxing.
